Job Summary
We are seeking a Network and IT Engineer to manage and support the organization’s office IT infrastructure, networking, and communication systems. The role involves maintaining secure and reliable network operations, supporting VoIP and communication platforms, and handling day-to-day IT requirements for office users.
Key Responsibilities
- • Manage and maintain office network infrastructure including routers, firewalls, LAN/WAN,
and internal connectivity - • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot routing, NAT, VLANs, and firewall policies
- • Support and maintain VoIP and IP-PBX systems, including SIP trunks and GSM gateways
- • Troubleshoot network and call-quality issues and coordinate with ISPs and service providers
- • Ensure network security best practices and controlled access to systems
- • Monitor system performance, logs, and availability
- • Provide day-to-day IT support for end users, including laptops, desktops, printers, and
network access - • Handle employee onboarding and onboarding related to IT access and devices
- • Maintain IT asset inventory and technical documentation
- • Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and connectivity services
- • Manage and maintain office network infrastructure including routers, firewalls, LAN/WAN,
Required Skills and Qualifications
- • 2 years of experience in networking, systems, or IT operations
- • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, NAT, and firewall concepts
- • Basic understanding of VoIP and SIP-based communication systems
- • Hands-on experience with routers and firewalls (MikroTik, FortiGate, or similar)
- • Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and communicate clearly with users
Preferred Qualifications
- • Relevant networking or security certifications
- • Experience with IP-PBX systems and GSM gateways
- • Basic knowledge of Linux or Windows system administration
- • Experience working with cloud-based services
