Independence Day Offer — Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
TrustPaisa (Flexidigital Tech India Private Limited, Registered Address: 512/1, Service Lane, Outer Ring Road, Mahadevapura (Next to More Megastore), Bengaluru, Karnataka, 560048, CIN U72900KA2023PTC194316).

2. Offer period
The offer runs from 10 August 2026 to 31 August 2026, both dates inclusive. The offer is a customer engagement initiative marking Independence Day.

3. Eligibility
The offer is open to existing TrustPaisa borrowers who receive a direct communication from us referencing this offer. To take part, a customer must complete the qualifying repayment action stated in the communication they received, within the period stated in that communication. The qualifying action and the applicable date are set out in each customer's own communication and may differ between customers depending on the status of their account.

4. No additional payment is required
No entry fee, purchase, or additional borrowing is required to take part. Participation arises solely from making a payment the customer is already contractually required to make under their existing loan agreement. No amount is charged for entry.

5. Entry
Entry is automatic on completion of the qualifying action within the applicable period. No registration, form, or separate application is required. One entry per eligible loan account. Payments must be received and credited to the loan account within the applicable period; a payment initiated but not credited within the period does not qualify.

6. Prizes
The first prize is one Apple iPhone 17. The next prizes are Amazon India Shopping Vouchers: 5 vouchers of INR 10,000 each, 10 vouchers of INR 5,000 each, and 15 vouchers of INR 2,000 each. Prizes are awarded in kind, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or for any adjustment, waiver, or reduction of any amount owed to TrustPaisa. 

7. Selection of winners
Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries. The draw will be conducted in the first week of September 2026 and the method of selection will be recorded. Winners will be contacted using the contact details held on their loan account. The decision on selection is final.

8. Taxes and prize release
No payment of any kind is required from a winner in order to receive a prize. Any tax deducted at source on the prize value is borne and discharged by TrustPaisa. Winners must provide a valid PAN before the prize is released, and are responsible for reporting the winnings in their own income tax return.

9. Repayment obligations are unaffected
This offer does not alter, reduce, defer, or waive any obligation under a customer's loan agreement. Interest, charges, and collection processes continue to apply in accordance with the loan agreement and applicable regulation, irrespective of participation. Payment records are reported to credit information companies in the ordinary course, and this offer does not change how any past or present account status is reported.

10. Exclusions
Employees, directors, and agents of TrustPaisa and its group companies, and their immediate family members, are not eligible. Accounts under legal proceedings, restructuring, or settlement arrangement are not eligible. The offer is not open where participation would be restricted under applicable state law.

11. General
TrustPaisa may amend, suspend, or withdraw the offer at any time where required by law, regulation, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Any change will be published at https://trustpaisa.com/news/article/independence-day-offer-terms-and-conditions. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
